In Further Education Colleges we all need to be mindful of the ever changing landscape in which legislation controls and regulates our actions and activities as we take full responsibility for our "Duty of Care" to our students, staff and visitors.

Leading exponents and practitioners from organisations which support our sector will deliver a series of presentations focusing on key aspects of current legislation and regulations. Delegates will receive essential information, which if complied with, will allow College Principals to sleep easy at night (rather than at Her Majesties Pleasure) knowing that their estates and facilities teams are managing premises and building services correctly, efficiently, safely and in full compliance with the laws of this land and of the European Union.

Colleges should send delegates with responsibilities for the allocation and management of all property assets and premises related resources which are controlled or regulated by and on behalf of a College Corporation, an external body, agency or Government Department.
