How Colleges Improve - An AoC Workshop with Ofsted sponsored by QIA/CEL

Ofsted’s good practice review on ‘How Colleges Improve’ is designed to stimulate discussion in the further education sector on how improvement might best be accelerated and barriers to change overcome. To support this, these two half-day workshops will examine what makes for successful and rapid college improvement and the barriers existing in some colleges which prevent improvement from taking place.

Rhys Evans will share with you the report’s findings and their relevance to you and your college. You will then have the opportunity to discuss the results with fellow delegates and to provide feedback directly to QIA/CEL (soon to be LSIS) on the support required for their individual colleges.
