Towards a Leaner College workshops

The Format

This 3-day workshop is made up of a one-day session for the College Principal or Vice-Principal to demonstrate how Colleges have successfully used improvement programmes to achieve efficiencies in a variety of areas.

The follow-up, two-day session is designed for the College's Senior Managers or Heads of Department and will show delegates how to implement the techniques learned within their own organisations.

Good to Know
 
This is a three-day course. Day one is designed to inform, whereas days two and three seek to equip attendees with the practical know-how. You will therefore need to nominate two delegates from your College; one to attend the first session (day one) and another to attend the second session (days two & three).
 
We recommend the Principal/VP attend the one-day session, and Senior Managers/Heads of Department the two-day session.
