Fareham College

Deputy Principal Corporate Services - c£70,000 per annum

Director of Teaching and Learning - £50,765 per annum

Fareham College is a vibrant, friendly and highly successful Further Education College located in South East Hampshire. With more than 4,000 learners and a turnover of over £14 million per year, we are now looking for a dynamic and inspirational Deputy Principal Corporate Services and a Director of Teaching & Learning to drive us towards an outstanding future.

We are passionate about learners and aim to deliver the very best experience for the community of people who choose to study with us. If you share our commitment, we have two exciting opportunities to make a real contribution to the success of our College. As Deputy Principal Corporate Services, you will be responsible for providing effective deputisation and professional support for the Principal & Chief Executive. You will take the strategic lead for Corporate Services and develop a fully financed Property Strategy for a re-furbished College in the coming years. If you are a qualified accountant who can demonstrate a successful career in fi nancial management within a medium sized or larger organisation, we would like to hear from you.

We are also seeking to appoint a Director of Teaching & Learning to lead on the development and implementation of the College’s Teaching & Learning and Quality Improvement Strategies. You will demonstrate strong experience of curriculum and quality management and possess excellent communication skills. Preferably you will have had experience of working for OfSTED in a role that has equipped you with a clear understanding of inspection.
