The AoC Annual Conference and Exhibition is the leading event of the College sector. The conference brings together the whole of the further education sector in one place to debate, challenge, improve and influence.

Showcase your students' skills

Students are an integral part of our conference and the showcases offers a chance to celebrate the great work that goes on in our member Colleges. You know your students better than we do, so tell us what they can do! We are open to all ideas including skill showcases, performances and on-site assistance at the conference itself. To get involved all you need to do is to propose a student showcase. Please click here for more information.

Closing date for submissions is 10 August 2012.


Share your insights with the sector

Throughout the conference, delegates will explore the key national issues facing the sector and share best practice at a series of high quality breakout sessions, designed to challenge, inspire and provoke discussion and debate. We invite our members to submit a proposal to host a breakout session. Please click here for more information.

Rt. Hon. Vince Cable MP Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills and President of the Board of Trade
In a vital year for the economy and the Coalition, the Secretary of State will share his views at the Conference about the role Colleges can continue to play in encouraging growth.

Leonard Schlesinger, President, Babson College, USA
The President of Babson College will offer his insights in global entrepreneurial leadership and education. He believes 'entrepreneurial thought and action can be codified and taught to anyone'.

Additional speakers will be announced over the coming months and the programme will be launched in September so watch this space for more exciting announcements and developments!
