Salary £56,363 - £61,600

North Warwickshire & Hinckley College is one of the largest providers of further education in the Midlands, serving over 26,000 learners from our two main campuses at Nuneaton and Hinckley. We are a £31m turnover Beacon College, graded ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted at our last inspection
and have recently been awarded the Training Quality Standard (TQS) with excellence in Adult Social Care.

The Assistant Principal Standards & Performance will be responsible for further improving the quality of our teaching and learning provision through the organisation and maintenance of effective quality assurance and improvement systems. Responsible for a variety of key performance indicators including retention and achievement you will be results focused, with the leadership qualities to ensure we deliver outstanding success rates and high added value for all learners. In addition you will bring an innovative and integrated approach allowing you to secure a College-wide
commitment to quality.
