Keeping in touch with national networks and focus groups

It is vital that we remain in contact with key issues facing professional practitioners in Further Education and 6th Form Colleges. In order to develop two-way communication the Employment Team has established and maintains the following network groups for AoC members:

• Personnel Managers
• Prison Contractors

AoC network meetings operate on a regional and national basis, providing a national forum for regional groups to meet and discuss local and national matters of significance and share good practice.

AoC Induction Service

We provide a national induction service to members free of charge for HR professionals new to the FE sector.
