Association of Colleges

We host three major annual conferences aimed specifically for HR professionals working in the FE sector, which include: 

 

• AoC Employment Law Conference - held in the Autumn

• AoC Equality and Diversity Conference - held in the Spring

• AoC Human Resources Conference - held in the Spring

These conferences offer advice and guidance on key employment law issues, including equality and diversity and HR practice. Delegates at the HR conference have the opportunity to interact with exhibitors relevant to the sector and at all our events, delegates are able to network with other College HR practitioners and members of the AoC Employment Team.

HR Induction: An Introduction to AoC and its Services

AoC offers an induction service for HR professionals who are new to the FE sector. This is free of charge as part of our services to members of AoC.  If you would like to register your interest in attending an induction event, please contact the Employment Team Administrator at AoC.
