East Berkshire College 2We host two major annual conferences aimed specifically for HR professionals working in the FE sector, which include: 

These conferences offer advice and guidance on key employment law issues and HR practice. Delegates at the HR conference have the opportunity to interact with exhibitors relevant to the sector and at all our events delegates are able to network with other College HR practitioners and members of the AoC Employment Team.

Our second national conference on Equality and Diversity in the Further Education Workforce took place on Wednesday 24 February 2010 in London and was a great success.

HR Induction: An introduction to AoC and its services

We provide a national induction service to members free of charge for HR professionals new to the FE sector.
