HR Advice for College Employers 
Our Employment Helpline is open to members from Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 5.15pm
The helpline provides advice on HR and employment law issues including:
- Contracts of employment
- Child protection, CRB and safeguarding issues
- Disciplinary and grievance issues
- Dismissal and redundancy handling
- Maternity and other family-friendly rights
- Equality and discrimination issues in the workplace
- FE specific issues which impact on employment,
such as Initial Teacher Training (ITT)
