Association of Colleges

The AoC Technology team is part of the Policy Directorate and works to best represent Colleges at national and regional level. The focus of the team is on:

• Facilitating the exchange of ideas and expertise, sharing of best practice, fostering partnerships and providing  access to information, advice and support
• Ensuring that Colleges are informed of the important issues involving technology and e-learning to enable the views and experience of managers, teachers and students to be understood and clearly communicated to senior policy makers, government agencies and the wider community
• Encouraging and stimulating debate about the most affective use of technology for learning and teaching, for the provision of the highest quality services and to improve business processes in Colleges
