Association of Colleges

AoC NILTA is the voice of Colleges for the use of technology and e-learning in the UK. 

AoC NILTA seeks to enable staff and students in Colleges to participate in the development, use and implementation of technology in the management of colleges and in learning and teaching.

AoC NILTA works to:

• Facilitate the exchange of ideas and expertise, share best practice, foster partnership and provide access to information, advice and support
• Ensure that the sector is informed of the key issues involving technology and e-learning across the further education system and ensuring that the views and experience of managers, teachers and students are understood and clearly communicated to senior policy makers, agencies and the sector at large
• Encourage and stimulate debate about the most affective use of technology in further education by undertaking independent research and lobbying on behalf of Colleges
