Interim HR Director

Yorkshire

An opportunity for an Interim HR Director has arisen at one of our member Colleges in the Yorkshire region. The College requires a September commencement for an anticipated initial period of 2 months on a 3- 5 day a week basis.  You will lead the development and delivery of a high quality Human Resources function which facilitates effective organisational development and supports the delivery of the College strategic plan. You will be a senior HR professional who is able to demonstrate:

• Comprehensive knowledge of human resource management best practice, including policy development, casework management, and providing effective advice and guidance to managers
• Experience of articulating, developing and delivering an comprehensive Human Resource strategy across a large and complex organisation
• Experience of successfully managing challenging organisational change
