Executive recruitment
Over the last 2 years we have run 30 full recruitment campaigns, predominantly for Principals and Chief Executives, Vice Principals or senior managers within the College sector.
Interim management
In the last two years we have successfully placed 42 interim managers across a variety of posts in college.
Consultancy
Over the last 2 years, we have supplied some 3,500 consultancy days across the Adult Learning and FE Sector.
Seminars
Over the last 2 years, we have run more than 60 regional and national seminars across the sector on a number of strategic issues.
Bespoke training
Our successful training programmes are delivered specifically to a particular audience in a particular sector.
Leadership and management development programmes
This is a new and growing market. AoC Management Services offers accredited development programmes for first line, middle and senior strategic managers, in partnership with the Chartered Management Institute.
Conferencing and events
On average we run approximately 55 events per year for AoC member Colleges and external clients and sponsors and up to 7,500 delegates attend the events each year.
