Delivering on Equality & Diversity is a Government policy and legislative priority. Specific, enforceable legal duties have been placed on colleges to ensure that they contribute actively to building a safe, just and tolerant society for everyone in the UK, regardless of their race, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability or age.

Promoting equality and diversity and conducting and acting on equality impact assessments are legal duties that require college compliance. OFSTED/ALI inspects college performance in this respect, rewarding creative high impact HR and learning practice.

To help you address these key strategic issues, maximise the benefits to your college and avoid litigation, we are running two workshops on Equality Impact Assessment.
