Morning: Train to Gain
The morning part of the workshop will explore the arrangements supporting the Train to Gain initiative. It will enable delegates to understand the accountability and reporting issues in respect of Train to Gain, to explain the allocations process and to understand the internal control and audit issues.

Afternoon: Introduction to Work-Based Learning
A low level introduction to the basic principles of Work Based Learning funding methodology including the importance of accurate data for inspection and audit.


This workshop is ideal for managers to give them a strategic and operational overview of the key issues relating to the management of Train to Gain and WBL funding streams.
