Ofsted’s good practice review on ‘How Colleges Improve’ is designed to stimulate discussion in the further education sector on how improvement might best be accelerated and barriers to change overcome. To support this, these two half-day workshops will examine what makes for successful and rapid college improvement and the barriers existing in some colleges which prevent improvement from taking place.
Places at these workshops are limited so book early to avoid disappointment!

Who should attend this conference?
Principals, Senior Postholders, Quality Managers and Governors – all those with a responsibility to tackle underperformance - will benefit from the workshops.
